Non-prescription intestinal wormer for dogs Eliminates certain roundworms Liquid contains piperazine Controls and eliminates the most common intestinal worms safely and effectively. Piperazine liquid removes large roundworms (Toxocara canis, Toxocara cati, Toxascaris leonina). Liquid is for cats, dogs, kittens and puppies over 3 weeks of age.Dosage Liquid: 2-1/2 lbs or less: 1/4 teaspoon; 5 lbs: 1/2 tsp; 7-1/2 lbs: 3/4 tsp; 10 lbs: 1 tsp; 15 lbs: 1-1/2 tsp; 30 lbs: 3 tsp; 60 lbs: 6 tsp; 1/4 tsp for each 2-1/2 lbs of body weight. Mix proper dosage with any amount of palatable food that will be consumed in one serving. Puppies/Small Dogs: 10 lbs or less: 1 chewable. For dogs weighing more than 10 lbs, 1/2 or chewable for each additional 5 lbs: for instance, a 15 lb dog would get 1-1/2 tablets, a 20 lb dog would get 2 tablets. Use Large Dog tablets for dogs 25 lbs and over.
