Overview
Active Ingredient: Amlodipine besylate. Generic equivalent to Norvasc. This is a calcium channel blocker used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). This medication affects the heart and blood vessels and may be prescribed for cats with kidney disease, who often develop hypertension.
