Tomlyn Overby Farm Hip Bones Cherry Dog Treats

In the summer of 2003, our family was experiencing pain and suffering from arthritis. Bob had gout in his big toe, and our two labs (Lucy and Abbey) were limping badly after a day frolicking at our farm. Our tubby one almost couldn't get off the floor. (No, not Bob!)   Some friends told us to try tart cherry concentrate, and to our amazement, it worked! Bob was kickin' again in no time and rarin' to go. So, our challenge was to figure out a great way to deliver the benefits of tart cherries to our four-legged buddies.   Thats when the fun began! We started chopping, mixing, and baking in out own farm kitchen in Leelanau County (with Lucy and Abbey as our taste testers) and that's when Hip Bones were born!   Hip Bones are not only a tasty treat for your dog, they are full of carefully selected ingredients supporting strong bones and healthy joints. Our dogs love 'em, and we hope your pals do too!
