Causes of Shedding – Excessive shedding is sometimes caused by a poor diet. If your cat seems to be shedding a lot, you should consider switching to a food that is higher in Omega–3 and Omega–6 fatty acids. They can help reduce excess shedding.
Allergies – If you´re at all allergic to cat hair, it´s best to keep your bedroom door closed and keep your cat out of your room.
Loosen Cat Hair – Before vacuuming, you should use a static-controlling powder to help loosen your cat´s hair from furniture and carpet.
