Read About Choosing Feathers and Fur

Furry mouse and feathery birds make excellent toys for your kitty!

Things to Consider:

  • Safety Tests ndash; When you buy a toy bird, or anything else that has feathers, you should test the feathers before you give it to your cat. You need to make sure that they´re attached securely. Your kitty will probably pull them off eventually anyway, but make sure she gets some mileage out of the toy before that happens!

  • Noise-Makers ndash; A toy that contains a noise–maker is always a bonus! Though it may drive you crazy, it will keep your cat very entertained.

  • Your Cat´s Personality ndash; When choosing a furry toy for your furry friend, you should take her personality into consideration. While you may want to buy her a toy she can "kill," she may want a toy that she can simply carry around, likea "comfort toy." You should buy toys of various sizes and take note of which ones your cat plays with the most.
